Maintenance frequency depends on the particular ventilation system and how intensively it is used. We usually recommend inspection and maintenance at least once a year. More frequent servicing may be needed with intensive use or in larger buildings. Consult our specialists to establish a maintenance schedule suited to your needs.
Ventilation system maintenance has several stages. First, we carry out a thorough inspection and diagnostics to identify possible problems. We then perform the necessary cleaning and maintenance, including cleaning air ducts, filters, fans and heat exchangers. We also check system efficiency and adjust settings where necessary.
Regular ventilation maintenance allows the system to work at maximum efficiency. Clean, properly adjusted systems use less energy because air circulates freely and the system does not have to work harder than necessary. This can lead to significant energy savings and lower bills.
Yes, uncleaned ventilation systems can reduce indoor air quality. Dust, dirt, microorganisms and other pollutants can accumulate in air ducts and filters. This can cause poor air quality, allergies, illness and unpleasant odours. Regular cleaning provides clean, healthy indoor air.
